Maintenance Coordinator-Glen Allen, Virginia-FT
The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to, the following:

Receiving, scheduling, documenting and assigning calls to vendors and staff;
Assisting the Maintenance Supervisor, Construction Manager, Facilities Manager, and Vice President, Facilities, with facility maintenance and repair;
Assisting with managing various renovation projects for existing facilities;
Assisting with opening new facilities;
Ensuring clean work areas for patients and staff;
Ensuring that all requests for repair of Patient First property are performed in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner, including, but not limited to, grounds and landscape, driveways and sidewalks, building structure, exterior finishes, and equipment;
Coordinating all scheduled maintenance service calls with the appropriate center staff.

Minimum education and professional requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:

Experience in equipment or facility repair and maintenance;
Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and work within deadlines;
Must be able to lift heavy items (50 lbs. or more);
Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs safely;
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and climb for long periods of time (possibly 4-7 hours at a time);
Ability to work a flexible schedule;
Familiar with OSHA Safety Regulations;
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to all centers in a region without supervision;
Willing to travel to and work at different Patient First facilities to address emergency or repair situations.
