Physician Recruitment Specialist-Baltimore, Maryland-FT
  

The responsibilities for this job include, but are not limited to, the following:

Identifying, recruiting, and hiring physician and extender candidates who will excel at Patient First;
Conducting interviews and site visits for physician and extender candidates in primary region;
Managing and updating applicant database;
Coordinating travel needs for candidates;
Coordinating recruitment activities with residency programs;
Attending regional and national conferences to recruit physicians;
Assisting physicians and extenders with relocation to area;
Assisting new physicians and extenders with employment documentation, including required licensure, certifications, etc.;
Assisting Recruitment Coordinator with recruiting in other regions, as needed, including traveling to different regions for interviews and site visits;
Assisting Recruitment Coordinator with other initiatives, as needed;
Assisting with reports as directed;
Operating, using, and maintaining medical and office equipment as trained;
Ancillary tasks not listed above.

Minimum education and professional requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:

Employee must be 18 years of age or older;
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related degree preferred;
Three years of physician recruitment experience preferred;
Excellent Interpersonal Skills;
Excellent Organizational Skills;
Excellent Communication Skills;
Able to work independently or within a group;
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
Ability to prioritize and deal with numerous tasks at one time;
Ability to work extended hours and travel as needed.
